Searchers is a Texas Hill Country land surveying and consulting firm dedicated to helping landowners, attorneys, title companies, developers, and real estate professionals understand and protect their property rights. With offices in Fredericksburg and Mason, we combine modern surveying technology, extensive land records research, and deep knowledge of Texas property law to deliver reliable answers when they matter most.
Founded in 2013, Searchers was built on the belief that clients deserve accurate surveys, clear communication, and timely service. Since then, our team has completed more than 7,500 surveys across Texas, assisting clients with everything from residential boundary surveys to complex ranch, commercial, and development projects.
Our team of local professionals brings more than 100 years of combined experience in surveying, land records research, real estate transactions, and boundary analysis. Abraham J. Leamons, RPLS
Abraham is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor with more than 20 years of experience surveying ranches, rural properties, and homes across Texas. As a rancher and lifelong steward of the land, he is dedicated to helping landowners protect their property rights and preserve their legacy for future generations.

Josh W. Leamons, RPLS, JD
Josh is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor and Attorney with more than 20 years of experience helping clients navigate complex property issues throughout Texas. His practice focuses on land surveying, boundary analysis, and land development consulting, bringing a unique perspective to real estate projects.

Nathan Andrews, RPLS
Nathan is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor and Project Manager with extensive experience performing boundary and title surveys throughout the Texas Hill Country. Combining local knowledge with technical expertise, he helps clients move property transactions and projects forward with confidence.
