Platting

Land development projects can range from creating a single lot to developing subdivisions with dozens of lots. Regardless of the size of the project, the platting process requires a thourough understanding of local development regulations and state law.

Replats & Amending Plats

Changes to existing subdivisions may require a replat or amending plat. These processes may be used to relocate lot lines, combine lots, divide existing lots, or correct certain errors in a recorded plat.

Exempt Subdivisions
