Boundary Surveys
A boundary survey identifies the location of a property's boundary based on the surveyor's evaluation of deeds, survey records, monuments, occupation, and other available boundary evidence.
The surveyor researches the property, performs a field survey, evaluates the evidence, and prepares a survey plat reporting the surveyor's findings. Boundary surveys are commonly requested by homeowners before constructing fences or improvements, resolving property line questions, or purchasing or selling property.
Searchers has three Registered Professional Land Surveyors with extensive boundary surveying experience.
